With more than 25 years of professional experience, the company is guided by the vision and leadership of Mr. Ravindra Bandara Jayakody, a self-made entrepreneur who built Siyanetha from the ground up through dedication, innovation, and a passion for excellence. Over the years, Siyanetha has expanded its operations into three main divisions, each focusing on a key area of expertise.
Siyanetha Publishing
Siyanetha Publications Nurturing knowledge, creativity, and learning for all ages Siyanetha Publications is the publishing arm of the group, committed to producing high-quality books, magazines, educational materials, and creative publications. We collaborate with talented authors, educators, and organizations to bring meaningful and well-crafted content to readers across Sri Lanka and beyond. Our publishing philosophy centers on quality, originality, and cultural relevance, helping to nurture local talent and promote Sri Lankan literature and knowledge. In addition to creative and general publications, Siyanetha Publications is dedicated to the development of school educational materials, focusing primarily on support books for Grades 1 to 5. These books are carefully designed to complement the national curriculum, helping young learners strengthen their understanding through engaging lessons, activities, and assessments. Through our publishing efforts, we aim to empower education, inspire creativity, and support lifelong learning among Sri Lankan students, teachers, and readers.

Siyanetha Eco Pack
Siyanetha Eco Pack is our environmentally friendly packaging division, specializing in paper-based and biodegradable packaging solutions. We design and produce a wide range of custom paper bags, food packaging, product boxes, and PE-coated paper cups, all made from recyclable and sustainable materials. Our PE-coated paper cups are an eco-conscious alternative for the food and beverage industry, designed to provide durability and safety while reducing environmental impact. Our goal is to help businesses adopt sustainable packaging alternatives that protect both their products and the planet. By combining creativity, technology, and environmental responsibility, Siyanetha Eco Pack is playing a key role in promoting green business practices within Sri Lanka’s packaging industry.

With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Ravindra Bandara Jayakody is a passionate entrepreneur who built a distinguished career in the printing and packaging industry from the ground up. His professional foundation was shaped by international exposure at Noritake Company Ltd in Japan and specialized training at leading Sri Lankan institutes. After mastering every stage of the printing process through various hands-on roles, he founded Siyanetha Printers & Publishers (Pvt) Ltd and Siyanetha Eco Pack. As Managing Director and CEO, he now leads these ventures with a dedicated focus on sustainable innovation, quality, and modern technology. Beyond his businesses, he contributes to the industry's advancement as an Executive Committee Member of the Sri Lanka Association of Printers (SLAP).
